I focus on simple, practical tips that give you more energy, support healthy digestion, and create a balance between your body and mind. Together, we explore foods and routines that feel natural and easy to follow, helping you feel lighter, more energized, and fully present during your yoga practice. My goal is to make nutrition a supportive and flowing part of your journey, so your body, mind, and breath move in harmony.’’

1. Individual Consultations

Concept: 30–45 minute personalized nutrition consultations designed specifically for yoga practitioners, focusing on optimizing health, performance, and well-being.

Focus Areas:

  • Weight management and healthy lifestyle goals

  • Energy optimization for yoga practice

  • Digestive health and relaxation

  • Hydration strategies

  • Supporting mental clarity and focus

  • Personalized supplementation guidance (if needed)

2. Group Classes / Workshops

Concept: 1–2 hour workshops suitable for groups.

Sample Topics:

  • “Stress management through nutrition” – How certain nutrients and food patterns can support calmness, mental clarity, and reduce stress levels.

  • “Gut-friendly meals for yoga practitioners” – Foods that support digestion, reduce bloating, and promote comfort during yoga practice.
