Anna Spolito

Her journey began as a competitive athlete, where she discovered that physical power alone wasn’t enough recovery, balance, and breath were the missing pieces. Yoga became her foundation for sustainable performance and mental clarity. Today, Anna’s teaching empowers athletes and active individuals to move intelligently, prevent injuries, and connect with their inner rhythm.

‘‘Since discovering yoga in 2013, it has shaped every part of my life.

In 2017, I traveled to India to learn from yoga’s ancient roots and did my first yoga teacher training.

Alongside yoga, I’ve always been passionate about surfing, climbing, and outdoor sports. These experiences inspired me to create and teach yoga practices designed specifically for surfers, climbers, and hikers focusing on mobility, flexibility, and strength.

Over the years, my journey has also led me to explore transformational breathwork and ice baths, powerful tools for healing, resilience, and self-awareness.

Yoga, breathwork, and time in nature have completely transformed my life. They’ve taught me mindfulness, discipline, and self-discovery, helping me connect more deeply with my body and spirit. I feel grateful to share these practices and witness how they empower others to grow, heal, and find balance on and off the mat.’’
