A'QUA is the result of a blend of experiences, journeys, worlds, and passions.
Online since 2024, most of our tutors are also available for in-person sessions in the Netherlands (Delft and The Hague).

Philosophy
The name A'QUA reflects a deep love for the sea, but it’s also an acronym: A' stands for Anna, and QUA means “here and now.”
This word captures the essence of meditation—being present, feeling grateful, and fully embracing the moment
Postures
Good posture is more than just standing tall it’s the foundation for balance, breath, and overall well-being. Whether you're sitting, standing, or moving through a yoga flow, mindful alignment helps prevent pain, supports your spine, and allows energy to move freely through the body. By becoming aware of your posture, you create space for deeper breathing, better focus, and a stronger connection between body and mind.
