New collaboration in Den Haag – Yoga at Corazón Studio
A’QUA is excited to share a new collaboration with Yoga Corazón Studio in Den Haag, a warm and welcoming space dedicated to relaxation, personal growth, and mindful movement.
Starting soon, a weekly yoga class every Friday from 19:30 to 20:30.
These sessions are designed to help you slow down, reconnect with your body, and create balance after a busy week. Together, we will explore movement, breath, and awareness in a supportive and intimate environment, guided with care and attention.
At Corazón, yoga is not about performance but about connection, inner calm, and personal growth a philosophy that deeply aligns with my own teaching approach.
✨ Whether you are a beginner or experienced, you are warmly welcome to join.
AQUA × The Ginkgo Tree — A Journey to Rise & Shine
There is a particular quality to the early morning.
Before the day gathers momentum, before attention is pulled outward, there is a quieter
space one that invites a different kind of presence. A space where the body can be felt more clearly, where the breath can deepen, and where intention can take shape before habit takes over.
For many of us, this space exists in theory more than in practice.
We might recognise the value of a morning routine, yet struggle to sustain one. Or we return to familiar practices, sensing there is more depth available, but not quite knowing how to access it. Sometimes what is needed is not more discipline, but a different kind of
structure one that is both supportive and adaptable.
A Shared Offering
This collaboration between The Ginkgo Tree and A’qua brings together a shared intention: to create accessible, meaningful spaces for practice that can be integrated into daily life.
Beginning on May 1st, we are offering a guided morning journey designed to support
participants in establishing or deepening a personal practice.
Rather than presenting a one-size-fits-all approach, this collaboration combines different
modalities and perspectives—bridging structure with flexibility, and guidance with individual
exploration.
A Space to Begin (or Begin Again)
The Rise & Shine Program was developed from this perspective.
It is a one-to-one guided experience that takes place in the early morning, offering a
structured yet flexible container for those who want to:
establish a consistent morning practice
experience a week of dedicated, retreat-like mornings at home
deepen an existing practice
or explore different approaches to movement, breath, and awareness
Each participant enters with their own rhythm, needs, and questions—and the process unfolds accordingly.
Different Pathways, One Intention
Within the program, there are several entry points.
Some may choose a more exploratory route—moving between practices such as Yin yoga, somatic movement, breathwork, and intuitive forms like DANCEmandala. This approach allows space to discover what resonates, without needing to decide in advance.
Others may prefer a more defined trajectory.
A Yin-based journey offers a slower, more inward-focused approach, supporting nervous
system regulation and emotional integration through a series of themed sessions.
Alternatively, a movement-based pathway centres on expression and vitality—working with the body as a way to access flow, creativity, and a sense of aliveness.
While the approaches differ, the underlying intention remains the same: to create a consistent space in which awareness can deepen and the day can begin from a place of connection rather than reactivity.
Beyond the Sessions
What often emerges through a week of morning practice is not only the experience within each session, but a shift in how the rest of the day unfolds.
There can be more clarity in decision-making, a greater sensitivity to internal signals, and a subtle but tangible sense of steadiness.
The aim is not dependency on guidance, but the opposite: to support participants in
developing a practice they can continue in their own way.
An Invitation
A morning routine does not need to be rigid to be consistent. It can evolve, change shape, and respond to different phases of life.
What matters is the relationship to it.
The Rise & Shine Program is an invitation to explore that relationship—with structure where it is helpful, and space where it is needed.
If this resonates, you are welcome to reach out for more information or to explore whether this journey is a good fit for you.

Yoga, Second-Hand, and Sustainable Living
It all begins with an idea.
Collaboration with V’s Preloved — Den Haag
We are happy to start a new collaboration with V’s Preloved, a unique space in Den Haag that combines style, sustainability, and community.
This partnership started from a simple idea: creating a place where children can enjoy fun and engaging yoga classes while parents can take some time for themselves. During the kids’ sessions, mums can relax at the café inside the store, enjoy a coffee, and explore the beautiful selection of second-hand clothes available at V’s Preloved.
The collaboration also reflects a shared value between AQUA and V’s Preloved
promoting a more conscious lifestyle and encouraging love and respect for the environment. By supporting second-hand fashion and creating activities for families, we want to contribute to a way of living that is more sustainable, creative, and mindful.
Working together with local businesses is an important part of the AQUA project. We believe that collaborations like this allow us to build something meaningful for the community, where wellbeing, sustainability, and everyday life can come together naturally.
We are excited to begin this journey in Den Haag and look forward to sharing more activities, events, and projects in the coming months.
